1. We deliver across India and worldwide.
2. Order cut off times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account unexpected delays.
3. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment authorization is received. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
4. Once payment is received, an order cannot be cancelled. Do read about our Returns and Exchange Policy.
5. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
6. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days of receiving the order. However it can take more time in case of certain specific products. Such products carry a notification when you shop for the same.
7. It can take anywhere between 2 to 6 days once shipped for domestic orders.
8. We ship orders for a minimal delivery charge.
9. Insurance: Organic Shastra ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature (either by you or a representative) for any good delivered at which point the responsibility for the purchased good passes on to you.
